All the Colour Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") is a company registered in Scotland. We sell handmade products via our website www.allthecolour.co.uk. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Using This Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm all information you provide is accurate.

 

Products and Descriptions

All our products are handmade, which means there may be slight variations in colour, texture or size from item to item. We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately, but colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).  We are not currently VAT registered. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders will be confirmed only once payment has been received in full.

 

Customer Accounts

You may create a personal account to track orders and manage preferences. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend or close accounts if we suspect misuse or breach of these terms.

 

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

 

However, due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Custom-made or pre-ordered items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before ordering.

 

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Shipping and Production Time

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–3 working days.

 

If your item is:

• Custom-made, or

• Pre-ordered (i.e. currently out of stock)

...please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for us to make your order by hand before dispatch.

Non-UK customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
