• We are based in Scotland and ship our handmade wood and sterling silver jewellery worldwide.

• Free delivery is available for all UK orders of £20 or more.

• We ship internationally; shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination (see below).

Order Processing & Dispatch

• In-stock items: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.

• Made to order/pre-orders: If an item is out of stock or made to order, please allow up 2-4 weeks for us to handmake your jewellery before sending it.  

International Orders

• Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

• Delivery times may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.

Packaging

• All jewellery is carefully packaged using protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@allthecolour.co.uk, or send a message using our Contact Form, within 7 days of expected delivery.

• For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and item.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customs, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
